Terms of Service

Effective July 10, 2026

These terms apply when you use Nectr — the app, the website, and pages published through it. By using Nectr you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nectr.
• You can use Nectr without an account; in that case your content stays in your browser and we can't recover it for you.

Your content

• You own it. Everything you create in Nectr — pages, canvases, drawings, published sites — belongs to you.
• You give us only the permission needed to operate the service: storing your content, syncing it to your devices, and serving pages you choose to publish or share.
• You're responsible for what you create and publish. Don't publish content you don't have the rights to.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nectr to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, spam, harass, or publish content that exploits minors. We may remove published pages or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Plans, credits, and payments

• Payments are processed by Whop. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
• Credits are consumed by AI features and don't expire while your account is active.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, we may downgrade the associated plan.

AI features

AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review it before relying on it. If you connect your own AI key, your use of that provider is governed by their terms.

Service and availability

Nectr is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves. Back up anything critical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nectr and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Nectr and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your ownership of content, limitation of liability) survive termination.

Changes

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date above and note the change inside Nectr. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
